The Great Life of The Buddha            After attaining Enlightenment, the Buddha started on a journey.          He first met five disciples and gave them the first teaching.          "Do not indulge in tormenting of the body and sensual pleasures but live in a right way."          After people heard the Buddha's teaching.          They became peaceful and happy.            Many people wanted to be the Buddha's disciples.          Buddhist Precepets were formed and temples were built.          Buddim gradually spread all over the country.            The Buddha didn't care about how difficult it was and how far it was,           so it went to see anyone who needed help.          He led the fire worshipers to the right wisdom.          He helped the bandit to convert into a great saint.          The scavenger and the barber also became great saints          A raging elephant became quiet through the Buddha's Loving-Kindness.            one day, the Buddha lay doun between two Sal trees.          He left his last words peacefully.          "All things change. Practice diligently."          This is the Great life of the Buddha.

 

Do not indulge in pleasures.                       쾌락에 빠지지 말아라           Do not indulge in torment.                      고통에 빠지지 말아라.           Let's live in the right way.                      바른 길로 살아가라.           Let's live peacefully and happily.                   행복하고 평화롭게 살아가라.
